If the product you receive is damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, please contact us on: email@example.com.
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will receive the form of withdrawal (herroepingsformulier), or screenshot the form below.
Fill in the form and add this form to your return package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and the original packaging that you received it. This means that no refund can be made for products that have been used. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to you on the original method of payment within 14 days. SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: email@example.com
